Swiss Sample Itinerary

Day 1

• Arrive at Zurich Airport
• Meet and Greet at the airport and transfer ­ to hotel
• 3 course dinner with drinks
• Round trip coach transfer to/from the restaurant with a local coordinator for the evening

Day 2

• Buffet breakfast
• Full day meeting at hotel including morning and afternoon coffee break and a 3 course lunch with drinks
• Dinner at a local restaurant (within walking distance from hotel)

Day 3

• Buffet breakfast
• Half day meeting at hotel including morning coffee break and a 3 course lunch with drinks
• Afternoon city tour of Zurich with a guide

• Dinner in Zurich
• Coach return transfer

Day 4

• Buffet breakfast
• Coach transfer to Lucerne
• Visit to the steepest cogwheel train in Europe
• Lunch on the top including soft drinks and coffee
• Return to Kriens with a cable car and aerial gondolas
• Coach transfer back to Lucerne for a brief visit and continue to Zweisimmen and Gstaad

• Dinner at hotel
• Overnight at hotel

Day 5

• Buffet breakfast
• Drive to the Pillon Pass and ascend by cable car to Glacier 3000

• Husky ride on the Glacier
• Winter games in groups - Snow Golf Tournament, Blow your Alphorn, Mega Ski Bumper, Snake Sliding Challenge, Snowshoe Walk, Wild Glacier Ride
• A snack lunch on the Glacier ­ (weather permitting) ­ otherwise the group can move up to restaurant
• Return to hotel
• 3 course dinner at a near by restaurant

Day 6

• Buffet breakfast
• Coach transfer to Chateau d’Oex
• Hot air balloon experience

• 3 course lunch at local restaurant
• Guided tour to Bex
• Return transfer to Gstaad
• Farewell dinner
• Coach return transfer

Day 7

• Buffet breakfast
• Travel by panorama train to Montreux ­

• Check-in and porterage on arrival
• 3 course lunch on hotel's terrace with fantastic view of the lake of Geneva
• Coach transfer to venue for chocolate making team building activity
• Coach transfer to restaurant
• 3 course dinner with drinks
• Coach return transfer

Day 8

• Buffet breakfast
• Coach transfer to Cully
• Take a small train through the wine region Lavaux - UNESCO World Heritage site

• Coach transfer to Grandvaux
• 3 course light lunch with drinks
• Coach transfer to Lausanne
• Free and/or optional half day tours in Lousanne
• Coach transfer to restaurant

• 3 course dinner with drinks
• Return transfers back to Montreux

Day 9

• Buffet breakfast
• Coach transfer from hotel to Geneva Airport
• Catch flight back to London
